Day 3 -Cleveland to Niagara Falls

Odometer Reading:   57092
Starting Point:  Strongsville, OH
Destination:  Niagara Falls - Ontario, Canada
Miles driven today:  236
State Lines Crossed:  3 - OH, PA, NY
International Border crossed:  1 - Ontario, CA
Traffic jams, one until but not till we got to the Canadian border.
Lead astray by the GPS, once as we tried to find our way to the bridge to Canada.  I'd say it lead us around in circles for about 10 minutes...but got us to our destination.
Quilt shop stop:  1 (Kelly's Quilting Corner - Erie, PA)

We started out at 8:30 and had a two hour drive to our first quilt shop in PA.  The plan for this trip was to get something representative of each state, then we plan to each make a quilt as a remembrance of the trip.  So we have stops planned in every state.  We missed Kentucky because it was too late driving in on Thursday and too early leaving on Friday

The shop in Erie, PA was a Nice small shop, with adorable shop dogs.  The other dogs name was a little different and neither of us can remember what it was.

Cute huh??  The shop was a few miles off the highway in the outskirts of Erie.

The drive was an easy one, not much traffic and lots of open road.

From there we headed to Niagara Falls NY to hit at least one quilt shop before heading to the Canadian side.

Did you know there was a wine region in PA and NY?  I didn't.

The shops weren't that great, definitely small.  So no photos.

For my friends who are Star Trek fans....

More later from the Canadian side.
