I continued down Whitehall and saw this guy, but I'm not sure what building this is

to on to Parliament

And the famous Big Ben

Next stop Westminster Abbey.  The last time I was here I missed the last tour by just a short period of time.  Today, I was darn close to missing it again, but I hustled and got there in time.  See next post for pictures
